hi if you google “LVSD and Exercise NHS” it comes up with lots of nhs based advice which might be helpful till someone comes on here and can advise.

Hi there, I have left ventricular systolic dysfunction (aka heart failure). During my cardiac rehab I was given parameters to keep within for exercising. My heart rate was to be minimum 105bpm and maximum 115bpm. Everyone will be different but I can easily achieve this with brisk walking, which I do at least 5 days a week for a minimum 30 minutes, usually more. I would consult your medical team and ask for their advice.
