she was obviously upset because she is worried about her husband and I was going to say the best people to answer in HER case were the people treating him as they were 'at the sharp end' . This is getting silly!

That is why you cannot reply as Admin have turned of the ability to reply to the post but maybe she will see your post instead and what you wanted to suggest to her x
There is going to be a mass 'walkout' on here, I think, in protest at the treatment of members! If the moderators have ANYthing to say, EXPLAIN!

Yes 188 replies to TWUs post mine was number186 number 188 was the moderator banning anymore support for TWU, and we still don't know why TWU was threatened with banning

Well you have done better than most you actually got a reply with an explanation which is something
But I believe if you start by saying as you do I am not medically trained
This is my understanding of them however you really need to either ask your Doctor or Consultant ( Maybe do that in Bold letters )
That it is not breaching the rules as you clearly state it is what you understand it to be BUT need to speak with the professionals
I would have thought that would cover everyone !
As for the missing email someone else might have that and be sat still wondering what they are on about

Now we just need you to ask where cheering people up with your Dad jokes is in breaching of the rules especially as not all but a lot it makes them feel better x

We all have our own strengths in the way we can offer support and we need the different strengths when it comes to what this and that means to be honest I am lost would not have a clue x

Honestly I am not saying you are wrong or anyone else either we all have different ways in which we see things but now HU have made it clear what the breach was it can be addressed and that was all that was been asked for but seemed to get out of control
If I am honest all this upset is getting me down when I already struggle as it is so I hope things settle down again

If we are only allowed to comment on lived experiences, (where does it say that in the rubric??) then surely comments made reassuring someone and explaining what is probably going on, using ones own lived experience of the same thing because it IS, is allowable???
I know I don't make many comments, as I have never experienced much of what is mentioned (I have AF) but I am heartened by the fact that many of those who HAVE had these experiences are able and willing to help set someone's mind at rest while waiting-and waiting- to see/talk to the 'experts'.
Hidden I am a latecomer to the the two lengthy posts concerning your messages from the HU mods, but thought I would like to give my twopenn'orth. First up it's good you have now been told specifically why you are on a second warning, and the reason behind it is quite clear to me, as it is no doubt to yourself and others. So my take on that is its quite simple really. The rules that govern posting are, apparently, not up for debate, and everyone on here has to abide by them, although it seems they can be open to some interpretation, and apparently applied somewhat arbitrarily on occasion. However if anyone, that's you me and everyone else, does not agree with any one of the rules, there is a simple choice to be made, you either abide by them, or if you disagree strongly you can leave. Not conforming is not an option because you will ultimately be barred anyway if you post outside the rules. As far as leaving is concerned although it is always sad when someone decides to go for whatever reason, forums like this are dynamic and new blood will replace the old and put a different perspective on things, and life goes on, and further no-one on here owes anyone on here anything, especially if they have made a significant contribution to the content of the forum as you have.
