okay so, I’ve always been a worker but I’ve found that when Saturday hits, I pass out (sleepy). And my body gets weak, I find it hard to move, so basics like washing, brushing teeth etc - I can’t really do.

I just assumed I was doing too much but I wonder if this is something else, like POTS or PEM?! I get the dizziness, low oxygen, fatigue and all that jazz. I could list all my symptoms but if you have either POTS or PEM - how did you first recognise it? Or when did the other shoe drop?

If it seems my symptoms are the same, I might go to the doctor with them (a different doctor though, my currently Gp is awful!)

I got like this with Long "virus that can't be named" - it comes under fatigue.

Fatigue and tired are two very different animals... you may be experiencing this. You want to do "the thing", but you just can't muster the energy to do it.

There are also implications for mental health (depressive episodes can bring this on) and executive dysfunction.

Whether it's directly tied into your heart health, I couldn't say... but it's definitely worth mentioning to your doctor as it can be debilitating.

Good morning Sleepybear. If your working full time and running a house. You are probably worn out come Saturday. In my working days I had a job working 5 days. 3.30am until 6.30pm. And was expected to come in on a Saturday as well. I just found it was all work and sleep. Hope you get some rest and an easier life. Brian
