Health Update

Health situation is stable.

I'm waiting waiting waiting

to hear from the cardiac clinic

in Cranbrook to get an assessment

a treatment plan and some

solid information about exercising.

My spirits are good today

other than some grouching

about not knowing what I

can and cannot do re garden.

my partner and i have had

a most excellent arrangement

for division of labour up until now.

she takes care of house maintenance

I take care of the garden/yard

but right now, it seems like i'm

not able to do my part ... so the garden

is just not getting done ...

that's my rant for the day!

I love this forum ... helps me

to keep a good perspective.
