I've mentioned it on here before about having a bloated stomach it went down for ages but now it's happening again I'm going doctors about it tomorrow and I been having weird chest discomfort since Friday that comes and goes probably not related but honestly I can't take that risk π.
Any suggestions what could be causing this???

Yeah your right and I'm sure my GP will say the exact same thing but I just want to know what's causing it its driving me crazy ππ€£.
A hiatus hernia might give you those symptoms. Or it could be your diet creating gas, onions and lentils to be avoided, so keep a food dairy especially if it comes and goes. I am sure your GP will have a better idea though.
Yeah probably is something as simple as that but I haven't changed my diet and this bloated feeling been happening for about a month so I need to know why keeps happening πππ
You might benefit from a gastroscopy. Mention it to your GP.
There is also something called water weight that causes bloating. It happens as a result of the retention of extra water within the body.
It may be none of those things mentioned above, but can consider with your GP tomorrow.
good luck at the doctors, youβve given it a good go at waiting and seeing. May be a simple explanation / not of concern but anything persistent is worth getting seen for. π
Look up SIBO - Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth and see if you identify with what it says.If you do think that's what it could be, good luck with getting it treated as Drs don't readily diagnose and treat it but if it is, it is.
Yeah I looked up alot about it and I decided that if I went to the doctors they would ask me if I had tried sorting it myself and to be fair I haven't I have waited for it to go by itself and clearly that's not happening so I will try wind tablets and green tea when I can afford to goodness knows when that will be π π΅.
Yeah I will I'm certain it can't be anything serious or I would feel so ill I looked up about it on NHS website and all I have is bloated tummy and tenderness. I will sort it out how long should I wait before seeing about it. I noticed that it was so swollen yesterday went to the toilet went right down then was bloated after I stood up so is it possible fluid build up??? I'm not sure if I should mention it at next appointment in January at heart checkup.
Sry for slow reply I'm not used to social media .didn't occur to me I need to check for reply after speaking lol... I was just thinking maybe u used a breathing device.. maybe for apnoea etc.. sry nothing else top of my head. Gl
That's ok anytime is fine it's an ongoing problem still trying to solve it π π, I'm gona try peppermint tea my sister says its good for bloating so hopefully that makes it go down if not what else should I try was thinking wind tablets maybe cause the account of wind I have is ridiculous ππ€£ππ π. If its fluid does it mean I need water tablets again?
i get bloating under ribs when fluid is bad but i have ph which causes a similar pain i believe. i think ure legs are best way of seeing if u need the diuretics from what i know.
Aw under the ribs ouch!, erm ok I don't have any scales at the moment to even know if I have put on unnecessary weight gain I've just never known my stomach to bloated this long, I mean at the moment I have time of the month lol so it's no mystery as to why it's bloated at the moment but as to all the other times in the month Im so confused, can b12 defincey cause this maybe I'm on tablets for it maybe a side effect possibly, I been on these since January and Im supposed to have a blood test at some point to see if there working or could be heart tablets making me like majorly backed up ππ. It's stressful which isn't helping πππ sorry for long reply π.
Wow, that's a mean gym!! The gym we belonged to had scales that they kept in the office & we could just ask if we could use them, or if no one was around we just help ourselves!
