After a lifetime of congenital heart desease I had never heard if AF Burden until I purchased an Apple Watch. Does anyone know if I need to be concerned about it? This morning my watch tells me I had 13% last week and I never felt a thing. Any thoughts most welcome.

This happened to me this morning with my Apple Watch it read 13 AF but I still get strong palpitations on and off. I will be interested in hearing any replies you have. X
