Not sure what you mean by erratic? When you are resting your HR will be low, when you are active it will be high, how high will depend on what activity you are doing!

Here's one example of mine.

Hello :-)

I am not a Doctor so I could not say with your readings if they are ok or not

As already said they will be different throughout the day and depending what you are doing

To give myself peace of mind I would make an appointment with my Doctor and take the readings with me and let them tell you what they think :-)

Hopefully they will say they are fine and then you will have peace of mind :-) x

Do you have any symptoms, like palpitations?

Sometimes I feel palpitations - not regularly. i suffer with being short of breath easily. I’m being treated for Asthma, this has been done since covid over the phone never face to face.

Dear Chan1986

So sorry that your Apple Watch is causing you distress, I am not medically trained to analysis your results, but they look on the normal side to me.

You must just treat your Apple Watch as a guide only, if you can add other symptoms to it, palpitations , pain etc then this is the time to have a little more concern.

The bottom line from me is if you don’t feel right, and only you know what right for you is, then get to the Drs and have some investigative tests.

Thinking of you

Hi

The numbers often don’t mean much .. if you’re having symptoms (like palpitations, dizziness , chest tightness/pain …..) that might be heart related , Apple Watch can be a help so you can work out what might be triggering those .

I have one too and I bought it for other reasons and it has helped in that way .

Hopefully you can get any symptoms checked out by a Dr soon .

Apple recommend that you wear the watch snug on your wrist - not too loose or too tight. Especially if it’s loose you may get unreliable readings. Just a thought, but I agree with previous replies too.
