Hi there , was wondering if there is anyone else here with the same condition , I have been diagnosed with a heart murmer , at the moment i am wearing a heart monitor for 7 days , I am worried about the consequences of this problem ,, I guess i have been lucky with it as it turns out I have been living with with it for a few yrs now.

I am a typical man who over Covid didn't bother troubling my GP with my problems and just got on with it .

I was made an appointment by my wife who was getting fed up of me falling to sleep at any given chance , I would sit down to watch TV and gone , sometimes I could be sat at the table eating and bump off I went , only for a second or two , but still went to sleep.

I had managed to avoid Covid over the past three yrs , until Xmas Day last ,, when I had a severe dose of the thing , luckily well vaccinated and got over it , It seemed to last for ages , I used to have palpitations befor that , but over the past month have had like stabbing pains in my chest , and shortness of breath.

Any way just looking for advice on how to manage this until I am seen by the cardiologist for a heart scan ,

Many thanks
