Osteomyelitis

Osteomyelitis. I had a triple heart bypass and a new aortic valve in 2014, but in 2016 I developed a keloid scar, pains and loads of sensitivity and resulting in sinus eruptions of blood and body fluid on a 4-6 week cycle. Yes that's for 7 years! Been to countless clinics between 4 main hospitals and now, after all this time, they're suggesting I have osteomyelitis

Osteomyelitis is a pretty serious bone disease, and if their diagnosis is correct, you will be needing urgent medical treatment. I had osteomyelitis in my skull when I was 15 years old, and it took two months in hospital while receiving a cocktail of strong antibiotics to clear it.

Please go back to your clinic/hospital and demand some attention.........

I too had osteomyelitis as a young child and was hospitilised for a few months with treatment from antibiotics. It was serious. Though I am sure things must have moved on since then with treaments etc. I do hope you feel able to move on this and find out what actions will be rquired.
