hello all has anyone had immunotherapy keytruda. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer when I had my heart attack in January. No stents, had to get the heart better before the nephrectomy in august. Was told it was a grade 4 and starting this immunotherapy in 3- 4 weeks. Feeling good at the moment. I have to go every 3 weeks for a year they have told me - any advice from people who have had this would be appreciated x

I had kidney cancer diagnosed at same time as heart failure. I had to have it removed 4 months after HF so I'm sorry I have no experience of the therapies you are having. But I'm fine and have been for 5 years now. So keep hold of faith and hope D

It might for a bit. I had very strong chemo ending in stem cell treatment some time ago and I must admit it took a while to get over and feel healthy. All I can offer is to give yourself time to recover and don't compete with someone who seems more able if that what happens. We are all individual and no one else can know exactly how you feel. Good luck. D

I have not had your diagnosis, but l know a friend who was diagnosed with kidney cancer and he lived for years. We fortunately have two kidneys so that’s good. It is probably a blessing for you that they have found it in time to treat it. Keep positive and strong and l wish you well with the treatment.

No had chemo and s c therapy for a previous cancer but thought my experience might help. If it doesn't just ignore it. It's your life snd experience. That's what is important D
