Hi everyone. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

So 2 weeks ago I had what was initially thought to be a heart attack - trop T was no raised and after many other scans and investigations the cardiologist diagnosed microvascular spasm. He related the cause to rheumatoid arthritis

Anyone else with this condition that can help me understand what is means from an ongoing health perspective. I’m a nurse and mumma to 2 children I need to learn how to live with this condition. How to manage symptoms and when to allow panic or anxiety to be there. I’m very scared at the severity of the symptoms and how suddenly it started, and how frequently I have pains since.
