consultation appointment

After foolishly sitting through many episodes of PAF over the last couple of years (as wasn’t advised/didn’t know ..yeh I know) where HR went up to 190, 180 etc stayed calm until it came down (within a couple of hours) I’ve finally got a referral for an appointment with a Cardiologist although don’t know if they are an EP or not. Interested in what options may be available to me as regularity big incidences seems to increasing - Any advise/questions people have asked and found useful to have answered please let me know

sorry just realised I’ve become guilty of the abbreviations - PAF = Paroxysmal AFib and EP = Electrophysiologist ( Cardiologist who specialises in Arrythmia)
