Reaching out for advice. Recently diagnosed with heart spasms following a MINOCA in September. Since returning to work part time, I’ve been experiencing increase in heart palpitations and every few minutes my heart skips a beat/delay in beat. GP carried out an ecg, report says Prolonged QT and non-specific intra atrial conduction disturbance. Has anyone experienced similar? The more I exert myself the more frequent the palpitations and beat delay.

Hello Patty,
I am sorry to hear you are still having some issues.
I live with coronary vasospasms and I have problems with palpitations and I have a prolonged QT interval.
My worst palpitations happened when I was prescribed Ranolazine. I had a strange sensation that my heart had stopped beating.
I am on very high doses of Diltiazem and this is causing my prolonged QT interval. I need to stay on Diltiazem as my vasospastic angina isn't well controlled.
I suggest you keep a log of your symptoms and ask for a review with your Cardiologist. It maybe your medication causing the problems.
I had a holter test and stress echo to check everything was okay.
How were your coronary vasospasms diagnosed?
The Heart Research UK has just posted this information about MINOCAs on their website.
