I am 76 and have a defibrillator after several cardiac arrests and am on similar medication to you but also Entresto and Spirolactone. My impression has been that if you can do exercise comfortably go ahead until it feels it is too much. I can walk 17 miles a day on the flat but hill climbing is no longer feasible. At my worst I struggled getting back to my car from the shops but once the medication was sorted things improved.

Pacemaker UK on Facebook may well be able to give you more information. As you know, there are different types of pacemakers given for different reasons - we are all subtly different. Good luck!

Hi I do all mine by zoom calls. There are no group things in my cardiac rehab. Helps mental wellbeing, medical advice and even speaks to my GP or failure team. They also do exercise plans , dieting plans and all sorts.. Vital for anyone with heart issues

The advice I was given is to move briskly until you are slightly out of breath, but still able to converse. Doing something regularly is the best thing.

The BHF website has a collection of exercise programmes that might help.
