Dear All

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows what is the baseline troponin level for someone who has done cabg say almost a year ago?

I know that normally it should be less than 14. But I was told by a doctor that a cabg patient will have a normal higher elevated level?

With thanks

Shaivi

Hello :-)

I had a triple Bypass and I believe that is true it will always be a bit higher but I also think everyone's will be different so whatever the new normal is for them now which without having it taken they won't know and I hope they never have to find out might not be the same for someone else

I would not let it concern you to much as long as they are doing well and their Doctors are happy with them that is the main thing :-) x
