New fear.

After 11 yrs of constant angina, angiograms and stents, I thought I was coping with the fear. I just wish life was easier. Had afternoon at hospital, while they did thorough testing, they then sent me home with another medication, one that my cardiologist stopped in Mar after last angiogram. Lost my gp, she moved on from our Regional area, for very good reasons. Stress, not knowing how much longer we can live independently. We get domestic help, which has been upgraded, just not where I imagined to be at 67yrs old. Just have to find my feet, or new normal. Hate angina. Hope everyone has a better year. Take care. Moni

Hello :-)

I am not up to date on angina but having 3 heart attacks and a triple Bypass 16 months ago I can relate how it is a struggle to move on and you must be feeling low after 11 years of trying as well as losing a Doctor you had a good relationship with that alone can be hard to deal with

I hope you will be able to find another Doctor you can build a new relationship with eventually :-)

I think none of us or most of us expected to fine ourselves in the situation we are in and I think the best thing and you said it is to find the new you sometimes this is what we have to do and it can be just as good as you once were but in a different way and going in to a new year I hope it brings you a new meaning to your life one that you can accept and be happy with :-)

Happy New Year 🎉 :-) x

You are always so kind, thank you for your reply. I've also had 3 heart attacks, 7 angiograms, 5 stents. Just seems no matter how hard I try, it is always there. Sorry, just feeling sorry for myself, when others are going through so much. Take care. Moni

Hello :-)

Don't say sorry for feeling sorry for yourself we all feel that way at times and we are stronger than we think what we deal with and get through

Some do have it worse but as I always say you can only feel your own suffering as much as you can be compassionate towards others and what they are going through

I think getting it all out how you are feeling is so much better than bottling it all up and hope it has helped a little bit

Whatever you are doing tonight try and enjoy it :-)

Have a lovely evening :-) x

Wishing you better health in 2023. The turn of the year feels quite a difficult time, with looking both back and forward. Hoping that you find some good healthcare too.
