My aim for 2023 is to get up more Scottish mountains than I did this year! No New Year resolutions though... that would put the mockers on it! 😀

Whilst wishing everyone a Merry Christmas I wonder if can draw attention to the aches, colds and flu many have at this time?

I wondered why my BP was high this morning then after tracing the reason realised it was due to the 2 Lem sips I had yesterday. It specifically says it is not intended for heart patients as it will raise BP.

It is due to the decongestant so if anyone knows of a suitable alternative please let us know.

Yes, I am devastated that I don't feel up to preparing the vegetables, laying the table or clearing up afterwards but I don't want to have a health setback. I tend to get one bad cold a year and had forgotten how unpleasant they are
