As the title says. Does anyone experience this and any other side effects such as extreme brain fog and tiredness? The pains are most concerning but i have experienced them for a long time now for over 2 years since being diagnosed with heart failure and scarred heart damage. Mostly sharp random which don't last as long but sometimes long dull ache. It does not radiate elsewhere. I do have aniexity with my condition but this heart pain can come on when im chilled and even asleep.
I am slightly leaning towards it being linked to the entresto tablet so wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

Hello I am on the same dose but mine is twice daily.
Just to answer your question I have not had any side effects and I have been on Entresto for more than a year now. I suppose a drop in Blood Pressure could be described as a side effect, but that is the only thing. I also take all the other meds like 7.5mg Bisoprolol and Dapaglifloz10mg Eplerenone, Clopidogrel, Aspirin, Pravastatin, Lansoprazole, which I suppose could also be responsible for the lower blood pressure !
Thanks Prada. Thats reassuring. I guess the pains are maybe from the damaged heart as there were no blockages when they checked. I experienced them since leaving the hopsital so its nothing new and that was over 2 years ago.
