Can someone give me some advice

For the past 2-3 years ive had a range of on/off symptoms some more recent some, older that have worried me quite a bit, problem is I dont know what they point to as the internet has told me many different things. For the record i dont exercise a ton but try to do a bit and i may spend from 8 to 10 hours a day on my computer.

The most common sympton is a pain level 1-4/9 feels like organ pain in the lower to middle left side of my torso, kidney, area which seems to hurt more or less when i eat or drink. next is these random short pains / sometimes longer pulsing pains along with what feels ike a bubble in my throut, in the middle to upper left part of my torso heart/stomach/spleen area i also have a bruise about an inch down from my nipple or at the lower end/just off the heart kindov on my ribcage. Sometimes I will get random less than a second flashes of dizzyness/lightheadedness that dont seem related to anything recently ive also had these headaches heavy sinuses, and what feels like a drop of water on an area being lightly poked with a needle. Though i havnt had the best sleep scedual recently.

I have had cracked/bleeding lip for ages now that wont go away. when i exercice along with when just sitting still i get a burning senation along with red skin along my belly/guts area. I often feel, not as if i cant breath but as if my breaths arent taking in as much oxygen as they should. This problem seems to be better when i lie down. I sometimes get a very light pain in my upper back, with my upper left torso pain. There are a few other random symptom like red knees and many pimples on my back but im not sure how reelated they are. Twice before ive had these crushing ish pains in the centre of my chest once a few years ago and twice more recently about 5-6 week ago they lastedd arouund 15-40 mins cant really remember and went awaylowly getting better till they were gone.

My symptoms dont seem feel to painful and therefore dont feel too urgent though if you put them all together they sound pretty bad. I'm going to get an apointment at my gp soon but i just wanted to ask what everyone here thought. Im actually find myself quite worried at times looking at all the things it could be (heart problems/diabetes and lodes more worrying things but it could just be pcs or heartburn idk) Thanks :) I'll add more if i think of more.

hello that’s a very detailed and complex description that you are best sharing with your GP if you have not already, also you will keep wondering and worrying and the best place to start is GP. Hopefully you have an understanding one that will at least run blood tests. I wish you well but as not a medical person like the vast majority of people on here and you have a variety of areas listed, it really is best to visit your GP. I’d pick what is bothering you the most and go from there. Good luck and definitely do come back to say how you got on!

No one from this forum will be able to give you a diagnosis, but once you have one, the support offered here is fantastic!

Take a screenshot of what you've typed here and take it with you to your GP. And stay away from Google, he'll only make you feel worse just now. Once your doctor has offered their advice, you'll be able to narrow down what you're looking for.

stop using Dr Google. If you need to check out stuff online then only use NHS. And BHF.

Get yourself in to a regime of well-being and fitness. Eat sensibly. Exercise every day. Get proper and regular sleep.

Having an active and enquiring mind can throw up all sorts of scenarios your amazing body does a multitude of things at the same time. When you sit down it is like sitting in a traffic jam in gear with your foot on the brake pedal everything except a few things is shunting up like the cars in the queue your body needs movement to blow the pipes clear but as previously advised first discuss it with your doctor.

Gp's have access to something called 'vague symptom pathway' where patients are subjected to various tests depending on their symptom combinations. Pimples and spots are often due to poor circulation and improves with exercise to flush out the toxins in the blood/body. Only your GP can eventually give you a definitive answer, or send ou to someone who might help. Googling symptoms is the worst waste of time!
