I went for a pacing check yesterday and was told that my atrial fibrillation was now constant whereas before it was under control and minimal. The technician said it was likely because I had Omicron Covid the other month, and that Covid can affect the heart rhythm. She said it may improve or my Consultant on seeing the results of my check may need to be involved. Has anyone else heard of Covid doing this.
