Shortness Of Breath

Hi all

I had a HA in April had three stents fitted had a further three fitted in November and a further three fitted last week

I know that SOB wouldn't disappear straight away as i did read somewhere that it can take several months for your body to adjust to the stents

Has anybody suffered long term after having stents fitted with still having SOB?

Thanks

MG

9 stents will take some getting used to - have you got a place on a rehab program organised to gently raise your fitness levels?

MG,

I'd like to read any further replies to your query. I had a triple bypass rather than stents, and for me its now 18 months or so since surgery. I get a little bit out of breath lately but in honesty I think its the cold winter air that does it. I seem to remember the same thing happening last winter.

Maybe I'm wrong and I should be stronger by now?

Alec.
