Liverpool Heart and Chest is great

Hi folks, back on Wednesday from an overnight stay in the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital where they repaired my hole in my heart! They had to use 2 devices as I had strings across it! One was 10mm diameter and the other 19mm diameter! A couple of days rest then I can get going. I'm feeling great! Now it's a bit cooler I can go out for a walk.

I will - I live at the top of a slope and have had to stop on the way up!

I would have to stop all the way up there :-)

You are doing great ! :-) x

Hello Digger,Glad all went well for you.Your op sounded much more complicated than mine. But it was good the.y did it.A lot people are dismissed with this and esp. when they older. I had a small embolism that caused a TIA just before I had it done so it was not a moment too soon.

Yres, I had 2 consultants plus the anaesthetist/TOE pilot as it was a difficult one :)

Dear Digger0

Well done with the success of your operation, hopefully soon you will begin to feel all the benefits that it can offer you.

Please keep us informed
