non persistent AF

so yesterday I went in for my pre assessment for my CV and Friday and was told my AF wasn’t present after 3 ECG so they cancelled the CV

I am

On Amiodarine and beta blockers 15mg plus thiner plus calcium blockers to control my AF / heart

My question which I wish I asked yesterday if they are controlling it then it’s possible it won’t show and would a day without the beta blockers not have been better prior to the ECG

Any thoughts on the above most welcome

Now I am having to where a heart monitor next week for 24 hours again not sure why as it was such a rush I missed certain questions
