I get skin itching to both furosemide and spironolactone. Does any one had similar experience and how did you over come this problem ?

Dear Seena2019

Like all drugs both of those have their own lists of side effects, I have been lucky and other than the obvious I have had no ill effects at all.

It will pay you to contact your Dr/heart team as I have heard that this could be a sign of them working too well.

Take care and please keep us informed

I like you started having itchy skin, don’t know if this is from furosemide which I take. When I asked about it I was told to take anti histamine tablets and they seem to work, might be worth you trying them.
