SWELLING ON RIGHT FOOT!

HI Everyone!

I would really appreciate your opinion

I had two heart attacks 3 years ago . I have unstable Angina . I also have diabetes and asthma , osteoarthritis and other health problems

About two weeks ago my right swelled up on movement . My ankle joint had a lump

It went down after rest . But now it swells on no movement . ( Although it swells more on movement ) I now have swelling on my left foot too but not so much

Sometimes when my right foot swells up I’m in pain too . Last night I had cramps in my calves . I can’t get an appointment to see my doctor ( I’m thinking of changing surgeries as this has been happening before Covid & they have a bad rep)

I ended up in A&E due to chest pain . I showed them my very swollen right foot and slightly swollen left foot but the doctor said it was not important

My foot still swells up a lot on a little bit of movement and I’m in pain even if I walk a little bit ( I use a crutch)

Anyone have any ideas what it could be? And how I can resolve it? I’d be grateful for opinions / advice . X
