Sudden arrhythmic Death genetic testing

Should I get tested for genetic factors for sudden arrhythmic death? Is that just a blood test? My elder relatives aren't around. My doctors still don't know what's going on with my heart since my "event" in September 2021. Would the testing possibly show why I had the "event"? I'm new here and put a lot of the details in my profile. The heart monitor is set to tell them if the heart malfunctions (even a little) for 10 minutes or more, hopefully before I had another big event). I think my care is very good. I'm in a big system and that's about to change because my insurance is getting much better pretty soon.
