Hi, I had a heart attack a year ago with a stent, and had an echocardiogram a few weeks ago and just got a letter 2 days ago telling me I had basal inferior hypokinesis (whatever that is!). I had no cardiac classes just phone calls due to covid. I started exercise at home with the best of intentions but being back at work which is really full on but just sat at a laptop. After 10 hours of work, I am so tired. How do you find time and energy to exercise??? Any tips on what works well to give the want. As a person who sits at a desk all day I am really struggling. I know I am not helping myself but cannot motivate self. I feel quite alone as no real contact with doctors etc, just a few calls and letters with tests. No-one has actually talked to me since my heart attack so I just carry on as before but with healthier eating. I need to address the exercise but just don't know where to start or how to motivate myself when I feel drained at the end of the day.
