Has anyone here had a left ventricle thrombus? I had a stemi one month ago and an echocardiogram showed a 1.75cm x 1.72cm clot in the left ventricle of my heart. I’m now on triple therapy of blood thinners (Warfarin/Aspiril/Clopidogrel). I wondered if anyone has had one and how long it took to dissolve? I know this thrombus puts me at risk of stroke so it’s pretty terrifying.

I had the same. Was getting very breathless, diagnosed with AF, then an echo cg found a clot in my left ventricle. But I'd already been put on Apixaban (and Bisoprolol) for the AF and that dispersed the clot after a few weeks.
Sorry to hear that. I had a clot in the apex of my heart following a heart attack two years ago. I was put on aspirin (briefly) plus Clopidogrel and Edoxaban. The clot has now completely gone.
My cardiologist was not too concerned about it. Apparently as long as they don’t move or break up most clots are not likely to be dangerous.
I hope yours disappears soon but try not to worry about it.
