Minor but chronic... Do heart meds or HF effect nostrils?

Minor issue considering ... All this year (months) I have sore scabby nostrils inside. I know its minor but do any of these meds for HF cause it. I do not pick or pluck :) Never had this issue previously. Aged 57. I notice also my nose is cold a lot and my eyes water endlessly. Fingernails get a bit sore too but not fungus or cuts or anything major. On the face of it considering everything else it appears pathetically minor but it is quite annoying. I tried nasal cream but only eases it.

I take (excuse spelling) :- Dapagliflozin, carvedilol, aspirin, paracetamol, ranalaxine, colpodigrel, epelerone, losarten, spray, alotovastatin

Bpm usually below 40 and Bp usually 76/60 but ok as been checked... I have ventricular failure,

Hi. I don’t know the answer but I have noticed exactly the same thing. I’ve only been on heart meds since October and really only noticed all of this since my CABG op 6/7 weeks ago. I’m also on atorvasstin aspirin and clopidogrel. Also rainpril and bisoprolol. Wonder if anyone else here knows which med might be causing this. I’m suspecting clopidogrel and aspirin as the can effect clothing and the nose has lots of tiny blood vessels?

You should talk to your prescribing health professional (like your GP) about any possible medication side effects you may be experiencing. They are best placed and qualified to deal with any problems you may have.
