I am on Amioderone ,but have severe side effects , I want to come off them , any advice appreciated .

Welcome to the forum.

My advice if the side effects are severe,.Phone your doctor's surgery and ask for an urgent consultation with your Dr, whether by phone or face to face.

You don't say if this is a new med, how long you've suffered side effects, what the symptoms are etc, but even if you did, the Dr is the only person who can advise you and might well suggest an alternative.

If you are struggling with the medication and the side effects do not stop them as we are given them for a reason but contact your Doctor and let them know how they are affecting you

There usually is an alternative they can give us if one medication is not suiting us
