Patients who exercise? Shall I put BHF on my Strava title?!

I changed the cleats on my cycling shoes so after the second breakfast of the day I figured I should go for a ride. Managed the 13km in around 58 minutes & change.

The new benchmark then as I’ve not been riding for a while.

I was wondering though if you exercised & maybe we could identify each other on some recording apps? Then we could inspire each other.

I think that's a great idea and we'll done by the way. I had a severe stroke 4 weeks ago but managed to get to clot busting treatment in time. Getting back on the bike was a huge statement of 'moving on' (!) for me and I wanted people to know who were anxious for me. So I made the point on Strava and have set my challenges accordingly.

I went around the same route today but anti-clockwise. Managed to shave 2:41 off my time. The recovery shake didn’t even touch the sides!
