Are you on Cod Liver Oil with Vitamin D3?

I'm on vitamin D3 but not cod liver oil.Was thinking of WD 40 but will try cod liver instead if you think it might help.x

If you are on a "heartie" mix always run things past your GP before taking any sort of supplement. I would expect cod liver oil to be fine but it is best to check.
