Hi need some help my mum had a heart attack and was fitted with a stint but needs two more fitted but her heart is too weak to have any work done plus I found out she has a blood clot they couldn’t remove and I’m caring for her and doing her blood pressure which has been all over the place but I can’t find anything for what her pulse should be for a person with damage heart and 20% heart function so

Any help would be great thank you .

A normal heart rate is between 60 and 100 bpm while you're resting, a lower HR, especially if on Beta Blockers, is ok as long as asymptomatic.

I should get the doctors involved if you're worried or unsure about your Mom's condition. I really admire you for looking after your Mom the way you are doing. But it takes its toll on you. No matter how young you are. In many ways as well. Take care and hope you're Mom feels better soon. Brian
