Hi all. I am new here. I wanted to know if you can cycle with congestive heart failure? I have read it's ok if you keep you're heart rate in zone 2. Any information would be great thanks. Chris.

I would suggest that this is a question for your cardiologist or heart failure nurse, heart failure can vary so much, what one person does may not be appropriate for another.
