Good morning, I've woken feeling unwell today, I have a headache , feel nauseous, banging in chest , breathless, I took my BP it's 146/95 , I don't take meds for B/P have had high high since having COVID in Jan 2021 , I don't want to trouble GP is there a plan with readings that you do need to get help please ?
