If your bp is too low in the morning but too high in the evening/night when is the best time to take tablets.

I am on Bisoporol, doxazocyn and candesartan.

I also take atorvastatin and clopidogrel.

The gp is no help so no good asking them.

Hello, I am not on Bisoprolol, I am on Nebivolol. My blood pressure is low in the morning, but fine in the evening. I take the Nebivolol in the evening, a low dose. It seems to work well. I am going to speak with my doctor to see if there is an alternative as my body in the morning causes headaches and dizziness etc. I hope that helps. Judi

Best to take BP meds in the evening. Lots of very recent opinions and a large study describing some amazing benefits to evening BP meds. Google "when to take BP medication". I just switched my two BP meds to the evening.

Hi, everyone is different!. And blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day.

Have you thought about asking your pharmacist. Part of their remit is to provide advice, and review meds.

Hooefully sorted soon.
