Sleepless night.

Hi everyone had 3 HA last year and one stent fitted in September. My Angina is under control but my LV hasnt improved with my meds. My Cardiologist has suggested a defibrillator be fitted so I am now waiting to hear from that Consultant. However last night was awful regarding my breathing a lot better when I sat up but I had no rest and I feel zonked !! Just waiting for a call from my G P to alter/add meds. What’s your thoughts ?
