Have you been told you have a GI bleeding or are you just worried you might get one with taking Aspirin ?

Either way you need to talk with your Doctor or Consultant about reducing it

I would have thought if you had a bleeding GI diagnosis this would be something they would have looked into

I would not do anything without their say so

I agree with this. I've had awful stomach pain and recently thought I had bleeding somewhere in the GI Tract for which I had a FIT test which showed no blood. Have you proof of bleeding or just worried about it? I certainly wouldn't stop aspirin without mt GP's agreement He could swap to something else like clopidogrel.
