I have been on Rivaroxiban for 5yrs to previously having AF. Had an ablation 2yrs ago. I’m 47 & starting to get fed up being ill all the time, colds lasting for ages/sinus infections etc… so want to try help boost my immune system but after reading info on the net apparently I can hardly do anything. I love garlic, herbal teas & didn’t even know these should even be minimal due to Rivaroxiban. But I keep reading conflicting advice on multivitamins, any help is greatly appreciated. Had one follow up after procedure then covid started so not been seen in almost 2yrs & can’t get an answer for update on any future appointment.
