No access to Health Unlockef

I have a message coming up that my access to Health Unlocked has been restricted and I really have no idea why. I would be grateful for a reason please.

Dorsanything appear restricted? You can post but haven't said if you can message. Could it be another HU group that has restricted you?

Thank you. I can message but can’t open any new ones that I get. A message says restricted access contact administrator but can’t seem to find anyone who would deal with this. I have just sent a message to an official there hope it sorts it out..

I had that one evening recently, reported it to admin and it was just glitch! I don't know if they actually did anything, or if it righted itself by the next day.

Thanks for answering it was like this yesterday and still now cannot open up when messages sent although I can message you at the moment. A message says I have restricted access and to contact an administrator but can’t seem to find one to contact. I did send a message a few minutes ago to an official there hope that helps as far as I know I haven’t said anything that would remove access

It does come up with request failed code 404 whatever that means

I also got that message a few weeks ago but everything worked the next day. I did try contacting an admin but it took almost 2 weeks before I got a re ply asking for a copy of the message. Obviously by then the message was long gone. See if it works tomorrow.

I have texted Helen and a lady called Saskia is kindly dealing with it she said there is no reason that I should have been restricted and she has asked me to send screenshots of the pages which I have done so should be sorted soon.

Thank you I have contacted the Admin and they are now dealing with it

I have had an issue for a couple of days now, I can’t reply to anything! Had to create a new account until someone responds that it is fixed.
