Severely impaired LV systolic function

Hello, This is my first post. Last August I had Atrail fibrillation, pause up to 172. I have now got LV ejection fraction of 25%

I do have a question. I have just started taking Forziga 10mg. In the past my systolic rate was 125. It has now gone up to 138, does this mean that my LV of 25% has gone up, if so by how much? Thanks

My ejection fraction is 25-30%, similar to yours and I too have just been prescribed Forziga 10mg. I shall interested to hear how you are getting on with it, any side effects, etcBest of luck

Hi, No side effects yet pleased to say after 2 weeks of taking Forziga. I never take sugar in any of my drinks so that may help. Always decalf tea and coffee. Not had an added salt to my meals for over 50 years. When I last checked my systolic number it was 135 as against 120 the week before, so it must be working. Good luck
