Berocca vitamin drink

I was wondering if anyone takes berocca the energy drink I’ve read that is good for the heart ,if so did you see any benefits in using it has it’s got vitamin B in it which is good for the heart.I’m currently taking warfarin,bisoprolol and statins due to having HVR and having a enlarged aortic root .Looking forward to your comments.

I wouldn't have thought any energy drink was good for the heart. I've read that one of the side effects of Berocca can be heart pounding or thumping.

I personally would ask a pharmacist for advice.

Must agree with Lezzers, I put my husband and I on Actimel at the start of the pandemic started really as I have diverticulitis and it was said that it might help. ( and it seems to have helped me) It does have extra vitamins and helps the immune system.

The only supplement my medical team have agreed to has been Vitamin C. The world's first proper clinical trial was conducted by James Lind in 1747 to investigate scurvy which lead to sailors being given lime juice. Vitamin C may help prevent irritation often a precursor to plaque formation. I was told to stick to the guidelines though.

I am prescribed Vitamin D as my level was 25% the lower limit of normal!

Watch out for sugars with energy drinks. I believe it is better to get your vitamins through a good diet rather than supplements as far as possible.
