Hi all , there’s no pleasing me , now I’m worried my hearts too slow at night …….for the last three nights I’ve gone down as low as 59 while sleeping and my blood pressure is low too
Bit of a change from racing and extra beats ,I’ve got a cardiology appointment in the morning but thought I’d throw it out there for your thoughts as most of you have lots more experience than I , ps no other symptoms just slowing down

59 is NOT low, especially at night! My resting HR is ~50 that is not including night time readings.
You don't say what your BP is, but again, that will naturally be lower at night.
If your HR is low during the day, say low 50's or lower AND you have symptoms, then speak to your GP/Cardiologist.
Reality check for me got panicked by crap on internet, thanks for your reply 😊
Interestingly my resting HR is ~50, when I go to bed (lie down) it rises to ~75, as soon as I get up and sit down, it goes back to ~50!
I keep meaning to ask GP but always forget.
So I wonder what causes mine to increase when lying down! Even if I grab a siesta in the day sitting in a chair, it will be ~50. However, if I lie down it will be ~75!! It’s obviously a postural think, just curious as to what ?!?
While I think on I’m going to ask one of the GP’s in work, but probably one for my cardiologist, just not an urgent question.
