That is really great,but less abbreviations please !
I always ask people an abbreviation on first use in a post, e.g. BAV (Bicuspid Aortic Valve). In the past I have even replied about the wrong condition because of unclear abbreviations. Ones that people invent are particularly frustrating. I also dislike text speak!
