Celebratory Full English.

Hello my fellow ❤ friends. Well after much deliberation I've had my full English since my HA in april. Friday last week I was told from having severe heart failure I am now 5% EF from ' normal function ' specialist is happy to let me 'get on with it' and keep an eye on me. I am now allowed to go back to work, I am not symptomatic, I however will NEVER become complacent again. But please don't lose hope whatever you are going through. My normally healthy brother in law had chest pains on Monday and due to my heart he went straight to A and E and low and behold he was having an angina attack. They managed to get on top of thing thankfully. He said otherwise he would of just fobbed it off. So whatever we are going through or gone through at least it spreads the word I guess . Much love and health to you all . I'm full now and need a sleep 😂 Please take care and NEVER GIVE UP ❤❤❤

I think it's just the fear we build up in our minds a lot of the time 🙄

And why not? Likemeverything else, it's having it in moderation. Glad all is going well and that you get to enjoy many more 👍

Hello

Well what can I say I hope it made you sick .

I would kill for the Hash Browns, and the Egg looks perfect, Mushrooms and Beans on top of the Bacon mmmmmmm , the pair of Sausage done to perfection. I don't like tomatoes so I would leave them but otherwise I would scoff the LOT . Enjoy it's nice to see you enjoying life.

Best Regards I didn't really hope it made you sick lol

ps If you run a B&B and you served a breakfast like that you would have a full house.

Morning char,

Remember having my post op check at the Jubilee the surgeon was so pleased with me, said my heart was beautiful 😂 I sort of danced down the corridor went to the restaurant for a coffee and to celebrate I had a bacon roll😂 first bacon in over 3 months I couldn’t become a vegetarian because of bacon! Even though I have a pig’s valve! Pauline xx

Morning that made me smile, 😃 I am a love meat hate veg kind a gal although I like fish my total downfall is sausages and bacon.I came back from the Jubilee on Monday I had an MRI scan my consultant sat me down after it and talked me through the results. It was amazing she showed me the ventricles pumping the blood and the valves opening and closing what a wonderful thing to see she said all was well and new heart was doing great. My bloods must be fine as my nurse hasn't phoned. such a relief. I celebrated with a big Morton's roll beef links and onions heaven 😋😅x

So pleased to read your doing so well, smiled at the Morton’s roll, bought some last weekend! When you said about your surgeon showing you your new heart pumping away, amazing. When I had my check up he put an X-ray pre op along side the X-ray taken that morning and showed me the difference that’s when he said you now have a beautiful heart! Xx

It is such a great feeling when they take the time to show you there and then what is happening. The stress of waiting taken away. so good to hear how well you are doing, how is hubby just now? He won't be looking forward to the winter not being able to do much in the garden. there's a right nip in the air now brrr x

Ah yes, the Morton's roll i.e the "crispy roll". Often emulated but never the same LOL

That photo is pure filth. I have dreams that look like it,but I have a 'treat' day coming up, it was going to be a fish supper.

Now I am not so sure.

Great news from your specialist.
