Depends how you feel. I felt fine and was able to resume sex after heart attack straight away.

Just take it at your own pace. After my SCA I was scared to have sex, worried it might cause something to happen. When I felt ready again all was good. Just listen to your body. Take care x

I should imagine it's practically obligatory! Joking aside, sex triggers the release of wonderful health promoting, heart-protecting hormones (that reduce blood pressure for example) so as long as you're not going to be hanging from the rafters for a three hour sesh you should be just fine. Just listen to your body and have fun. Happy sack time 😉

My husband who had the heart attack in 2008 told me to advise that: you wait at least half an hr after the attack subsides, 🙃 seriously though as others have said , when you feel comfortable too.
