It could be diabetes related but it would be useful if you mentioned what conditions you have and what medications you are on.
This is a normal effect of anti platelets/ blood thinners. It can show you that the medication is doing it’s job. You may only be on some of the meds for a year or so .. we all all get that, it occurs when you have knocked yourself even slightly, you may not even notice at the time .
Hello. I’m the same. Huge bruises mainly on my arms as a result of being on Clopidogrel, an anti-platelet drug. On the other hand, my husband is noticing the same thing and he is not on any anti-platelet medication at all but his last blood test showed that he had a low platelet count. I would say that you need to talk to your GP and see about getting blood tests done.
The only meds I'm on are amlodipine.. Atorvastin... Lansaprazole... Spurs Respimat... Fostair... Sabutamol
