Hi. New here so just to introduce myself. I have joined this group because anxious to improve my health and gain answers after bypass surgery plus other issues, as am having trouble getting answers from the medics but also would like to hear other peoples experiences. Not really a moaner but at the moment that seems to be all I am doing!!!!! Would like to stop and get going with life again. Thanks

Welcome.Although I’m an PAFibber, the route to your new normal wellness is mostly in your head. Give yourself time.

Once you get your ‘happy to live again’ head on you’ll wonder why you didn’t get there sooner.

It’s a journey and we all travel at different speeds.

Good luck on yours

As an "old" hand at this I can certainly agree it was sometimes the things you never got told that would get me down. It also took me a great deal longer to recover - mainly because of infection issues in the wound down my leg. What I would say is stick at it and it does eventually all come together and you can then enjoy your new life.
