For this week I’ve had sharp pain around heart area... today’s ago I took my nitrate spray for first time in 3 months... I had HA 3 yrs ago and stent.... I’ve been off statin for 2 months... as per cardiologists recommendation due to tiredness he’s now recommended me rosatatin ... my question is what would you do...

If your spray didn't get alleviate the pain after a couple of sprays I'd dial 999.

Statins help keep plaque attached to the artery walls as well as lowering blood cholesterol. I would follow the advice
