I'm 8 weeks after diagnosis, had an angiogram which happily shoes arteries are all healthy, am waiting for a TOE (Sept 1st) but wondering what exercise i can do. Although not fit, i have always walked 2-3 miles a day with the dog and played lawn bowls - can i still do these?
